Hotel Information: The National Housing Center is located in downtown, Washington D.C., within walking distance of a variety of hotels offering rooms at a wide range of price points. We invite you to explore some of the options in our “Hotel Options List.” Please note that CDBA has not arranged a room block at any individual hotels for this event.

George works with mission driven social enterprises, especially CDFI banks and loan funds, and assists impact investors evaluating investments in these companies. In the past, George has held executive positions in several community development banks including President and CEO of Southern Bancorp, Inc. and The ShoreBank Corporation. George served on the inaugural Advisory Board of the U. S. Department of the Treasury’s Community Development Financial Institutions Fund and as a member of the Federal Reserve Board’s Consumer Advisory Council. He is currently a member of OFN’s investment committee and the strategic advisory board of TRP Lending. In the past, George has served as a director of many wonderful organizations including IFF, the Belarusian Bank for Small Business in Belarus, and SOA Kredit in Azerbaijan.
