Hotel Information: The National Housing Center is located in downtown, Washington D.C., within walking distance of a variety of hotels offering rooms at a wide range of price points. We invite you to explore some of the options in our “Hotel Options List.” Please note that CDBA has not arranged a room block at any individual hotels for this event.

Michal Kornecki started his banking career at First Eagle Bank in 2017 as a part-time Teller while attending the University of Illinois at Chicago. After graduating at the end of 2020, he became a full-time Credit Analyst, and thereafter became a Portfolio Manager. Now, he is a Commercial Banking Officer overseeing his own commercial loan portfolio working with local Chicagoland developers, real estate owners, and small businesses. Michal also focuses much of his time on community development efforts, finding ways to work with local non-profits and community partners in underserved communities through creative lending and deposit solutions.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance and Investment from DePaul University. He is also fluent in Polish.
