Hotel Information: The National Housing Center is located in downtown, Washington D.C., within walking distance of a variety of hotels offering rooms at a wide range of price points. We invite you to explore some of the options in our “Hotel Options List.” Please note that CDBA has not arranged a room block at any individual hotels for this event.

Tyler Inda is a Principal with Baker Tilly US, LLP and the head of the Capital Formation Team. Mr. Inda is also the President of Baker Tilly Capital, LLC, a FINRA registered Broker-Dealer. Tyler works closely with CDEs and CDFIs in utilizing and complying with alternative financial products including New Market Tax Credits (NMTCs), Capital Magnet Fund and Renewable Energy Tax Credits. Mr. Inda’s Capital Formation Team has closed more than $20 billion in tax credit financing utilizing energy credits, NMTCs, Low- Income Housing Tax Credits and Historic Tax Credits. Tyler received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Cardinal Stritch University and his Juris Doctorate in Law from the University of Wisconsin. Mr. Inda has also obtained his Series 7, 24 and 63 Securities Licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Tyler is passionate about supporting low-income and disadvantaged communities through his work and enjoys traveling, spending time with his family and cheering on Wisconsin sports.
